Exterior Color Scheme

Our chosen exterior color scheme - the lighting was a little poor for photography in the design center so this first shot isn't exact - the colors are off just a little bit...

So here is a picture of another KB house that has the same scheme already on it from another neighborhood (which is how we decided - drive around another neighborhood and pick what you like, they said, so we did).

The marching begins...

First step in building a new house?  Signing the papers and picking a lot.  We picked ours and signed all the papers tonight, so at some point in the next 60 days or so construction will begin.

The happy penguin-loving couple place their Sold sign in the yard:

Some shots of the inside of the model home that has the same layout/floorplan.  We like the colors so will probably go with something similar in our finished house.

From the living room looking into the kitchen/dining room:

Kitchen view two with part of the dining room area:

Part of the master bedroom, which will be about twice as big as what we have now... we'll be able to walk around the bed and not brush against a wall!  Woo hoo!
